The project is two off five high-rise hotel towers to the Doha City Centre mall, the largest retail development in the Middle East. The 85,000-sq.-m. development anchors the east ends of the existing 450-shop Doha City Centre mall.
It includes 500 hotel rooms, 170 serviced residences, 15 bars, restaurants and lounges and three grand state ballrooms. Typical characteristics of the falcon are manifested in the reliability of the Marriott Courtyard and the consistency of the Renaissance.
The building consists of 107 Air Handling Units, 1560 FCU,130 Ex.Fan/Smoke Fan, 80 Jet Fans, Hot Water System, Chilled Water System, Swimming Pool System and more. TAC – IA Series BMS work station controlled all individual equipments.
